Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or faulty items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We'll promptly address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items:
If you have concerns about a specific purchase, don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To ensure a speedy exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the desired item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The same condition applies as mentioned before: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at josh@pitchar.co.uk.
