Shipping Policy
Once your order has been placed, confirmed, and printed, the shipping process will typically take approximately 3-5 working days. We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. Generally, shipping companies deliver within 1 to 2 days for orders within the UK, while overseas deliveries may take 7-14 days.
At PitchAR, each order is individually processed for you. Consequently, delivery is optimised with readily available stock.
To ensure the safe transit of your frames and prints, we package them together in extra-strong protective cardboard suitable for domestic shipping.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number for your order.

- Australia & New Zealand: £17.00
- Rest of the World: £17.00
*Please note that these fees generally apply to all deliveries, except for large (A2 and A1) framed posters when these are stocked.
Additional delivery surcharges or exclusions may apply to specific regions, including:
- Channel Islands, Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands and Offshore, Isle of Wight
- Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
- Bermuda
- Reunion Island
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
Ensure you select the correct delivery area during the checkout process. If you mistakenly choose the wrong area, any applicable surcharges will be communicated to you after placing the order. You will have the option to either pay the surcharge or cancel the order.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order with prohibitively high delivery costs.
*The purchase of large-format frames may entail additional shipping expenses in certain cases. The cost will be displayed in the pricing details screen, and customers will be informed during the shopping process.
The stated shipping costs cover all shipping-related expenses, including administrative costs, picking and packaging, packaging materials, parcel services or forwarding agents' fees, as well as variable surcharges (e.g., toll or diesel charges). However, they do not cover customs duties, customs clearance costs, and taxes from other countries.

Wherever you are located, we can deliver your favorite football print to your desired destination, including any country of your choice.
Please note that international delivery for framed posters may not be available in some instances.
Estimated Delivery Times
The speed of international delivery depends on factors such as air freight, customs processing times, and local delivery schedules.
- In Europe, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 14 working days after dispatch.
- In the United States and Canada, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- In Australia and New Zealand, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- For the rest of the world, you can expect delivery within 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.
